Brian, as you're running on a non-standard port, check your
$_CONF['site_url'] in config.php explicitly states your port after the
domain name. Dirk pointed this out to me (Apache 2.0.46 - now 2.0.47 -
PHP 4.3.2 on OS/2), and it worked like magic.
