You're looking for function COM_exportRDF() in lib-common.php. With a bit
of PHP and MySQL knowledge, that shouldn't be too hard to do.

Actually, if you make that configurable, I would even consider adding
such a hack to the core code, since this is not the first time this has
been requested ...
