[geeklog-users] User Manager Oddity

First, I am running GL 1.3.9

Today I was approving some new user account requests.  With one of the 
accounts I approved, it did not show up in my user list.  Even if I set 
the "Limit Results To" greater than the number of users I have, the name did 
not appear.  So I checked the database and the user was added to table 
gl_users.  I went back into User Manager to see if I was overlooking the 
account.  The account does not appear.  If I search for the account by 
typing in the complete account name, it shows up.  

Any ideas as to why an account would not appear in the User List?
