[geeklog-users] unable to edit stories, "ID already in use"

Since upgrading to 1.3.11, I am unable to edit stories. Regardless of 
what fields I attempt to change, I get the error "The ID you chose for 
this story is already in use. Please use another ID." It appears that 
GL is not understanding that this story should be updated and instead 
is trying to create one anew.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a new bug? or is there a 
known solution?
