[geeklog-users] GL 1.5.1 and new user registration

Hi,

I updated an existing GL site to 1.5.1 today. So far things are  
working pretty well except for one small problem.

I have my configuration set up to require moderation of new user  
requests. When I create a new user, the moderator gets an email  
notification. If I then approve the new user, no email goes to the  
user with the username and temporary password. I do have the latest  
version of captcha installed, but the same thing happens with or  
without captcha enabled.

I know that this was a problem that was identified this past summer. I  
reviewed the code fix and my install seems to match the update in CVS.

Any guidance or suggestions would be most appreciated.
