Dear Friends,
    Marlene Moser called to ask about the Declaration of Candidacy 
needed to stand for election to be a delegate or alternate to 
Denver.  You should have gotten an e-mail message.   If you want to 
declare, do so before May 2.  We'll have a meeting soon for those who 
do want to stand for election so that you know what to do to get your
