Happy New Years fellow Democrats! I am happy to be sending our first
email of the year as your new Whitman County Democrats Chair. Thank you
for the opportunity and I am excited to work with all of you in building
our party. With many exciting events coming up I wanted to let you know
what is happening and how you can get involved.

On Tuesday the 20th we will have a new President and the Whitman County
Democrats will be having an Inauguration breakfast at the Denny's in
Pullman from 8 am to Noon. President Elect Obama will be sworn in at
noon Eastern Time, 9 am here in Pullman. Join us and celebrate our
Democratic victories in last year's election.

The next day on Wednesday the 21st we will have our Monthly meeting from
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. This months meeting will be at the WSU Visitor
Center at 225 N. Grand Avenue, Pullman. Below is our meeting agenda.
There are many opportunities for you to volunteer as we work to build
our party.

Hello Everyone,

I hope this last day of the Bush Administration finds you in good
spirits. I wanted to remind you that the Whitman County Democrats will
be gathering at the Denny's in Pullman from 8 am to Noon to watch and
celebrate the inauguration of President Elect Obama.

I also wanted to pass along that the Wawawai Canyon Winery will be the
site of an Inaugural Bash, actually Happy Happy hour, 4PM to 6PM Tuesday
evening.

Have a safe an happy inauguration day, and then on Wednesday the 21st
lets get to work building our local party starting at our January
monthly meeting (6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the WSU Visitors Center).
