The Leader Letter is like having your own private success coach. A weekly e-publication of ActiveParticipant.com, each letter contains a brief inspiring, empowering and practical letter from success coach Randy Beck, as well as links to valuable resources that have helped others like you to accomplish more. The purpose of the Leader Letter is to bring into focus why some succeed when others fail, and to enable you to meet your objectives. We will discuss how to cultivate dreams until they become reaity, how to move out of negative relationships and into positive ones, how to transform people around you into allies and partners, how to get people excited about helping you. You will learn how to recognize, seize and even create opportunities for success and move into new patterns of thinking and action to make you more productive, focused and successful. You will also discover powerful principles for mentoring team members to expand your vision. Leadership means multiplying a vision through relationships. The Leader Letter will show you how to sharpen your vision, and build the relationships that will make it a reality. Subscribing to Leader_letter
