OK. Now... there are some things I should ask you before implementing:
1) Should I use the comments system used on the news?
2) I've made this very basic smileys thinggie. It is very very fast though... so... can I change the news / links' comments to use this?

I should be able to make the necessary theme changes for the default theme... but as Tony says... knuckles is the man here.

Anyway... here's what it's done right now:

Link categories: each link category has it's ID, it's Parent ID, it's Title and it's Description.
As for the links, you have the link's title, the URL, hits, user who submitted and number of comments.

The comments will also be scanned for bad words.

That's about it. I'll try to put it up today.
