[geeklog-devel] Plugin help --- Package Extractor

Apparently I'm not making myself clear.  There are ways to use leverage PEAR without needing access to a shell.  Simple FTP access will do.

Most Geeklog admins will get this if they manage to gain access to a shell:

$ pear install forum
ksh: pear: not found
