It does not unless you remove the theme the user has been using or the 
user has no cookie set for that. It was not intended to do so otherwise. 
Its only the default theme in case nothing else is set.

works fine here though.. what do you mean by "I can't click..."?
You say it works as root but not as user? I only tried as root now...
