There's some great stuff in here. But I'm greedy. I want more. Once 
1.5 goes live I'd like to see a project to extend this class to 
handle user config.

Basically config->add() would need a "can users override" parameter 
and config->set() and unset() would need an optional $uid parameter. 
config->get_ui() would also need a $uid parameter. I'm sure there are 
other issues.
