[geeklog-devel] Current CVS version of Geeklog-1.x not working; 'config.php' evidently not being read

Actually, I would wipe everything, source, databases, the whole bit and 
then do a fresh install.  I haven't actually tried an upgrade from CVS 
yet, so I have no clue if it works or not.
