[geeklog-devel] Relicensing the feed parser code (was: GPLv3)

I'd suggest that we re-license Mike's feed parser code under the GPLv2
as of Geeklog 1.5. That would bring us one step closer to having the
same license on all of our code. Plus we've already concluded that the
only license change that we can realistically make anyway (if we wanted
to) would be to GPLv3, so we're not giving any options up there.

Any objections?
