[geeklog-devel] Rejecting Bugs

I can't seem to reject bugs.

This one:

Works fine, I can accept it, acknowledge it, confirm it, resolve it or
mark it as feedback.

I can't change the reproduce-ability or in anyway suggest (other than
via a comment) it's not something that needs any work...
