[geeklog-devel] Plugin API documentation?

Both are out of date as you mention but think it may be easier to
maintain the docs/plugin.html. Atleast this document is just a listing
of the API's. Tthe developers guide which has not had any real attention
in over 7 years would require more effort to update.
