[geeklog-devel] Plugin repository (was: RFC: Plugin auto install)

I would think themes should be added as well to the repository (in the
future).

For all items (plugins, language files, themes) besides version requirements
and the authors website, a description field could be used for any of the
authors requests (like putting a link in the footer).

I think adding language files to this repository might be a good idea
too. Even if that is beyond this project, it is worth bearing in mind
when planning to ensure flexibility for future extension.
