I guess it depends on the type of problem. Why don't you post the issues
here and if we need to we can move it to another venue.

I am not sure what the best tool for this but should we have some sort of
repository for the source graphic files?

Good idea. Also I have a list of problems/issues that I have identified
while working on the icons. What is the best way to share this? Just
post in another message in this mailing list? Or maybe on the forum or
in the bug tracker?
