[geeklog-devel] Redesign the Plugin "Editor"

Tom points out something important. I don't think getting rid of the "plugin 
editor" is a good idea. It would be nice if plugins could register dependencies 
on other plugins and the place to put that information would be the editor 
screen. If you really want to do something with plugins, find the ~8 year old 
feature request for being able to change the load order of plugins and implement 
it. Geeklog needs that much more than it needs pretty admin screens.
