The problem is at the top of the functions.inc file in the forum, where
some paths are being overridden (for no good reason), it looks like it's
some legacy code from the old versions that was never flushed. I'll
check-in a fix for that later today.

By the way, the forum on the demo server is working fine for the
professional and the professional_css themes already (and I'm fixing all
the other ones now).
