[geeklog-devel] Geeklog 2.0.0 Docs and Wiki Updates

I went ahead and added some information about Geeklog's 2.0.0 theme engine:

I also updated the docs theme.html file. This was just a quick update but I
think I covered most things. Please feel free to add anything I missed.

We have 2 areas of the wiki that need updating.

The first is the Topic section which I will take care of
(http://wiki.geeklog.net/index.php/Topic_Support).

The second is the Theme section
(http://wiki.geeklog.net/index.php/Theme_Developers_Guide). We need to
explain the new Geeklog 2.0.0 theme engine, why it changed, how it works and
what has changed (template wise and code wise with the new functions). We
should also mention that the older theme engine (1.8.1) that relies on
Com_SiteHeader and Com_SiteFooter will eventually be phased out.

We also need to update the theme page found in the Geeklog docs. I have
already started but a few other things probably need to be added

Anything else?

bug list and didn't see anything that stood out?
