[geeklog-devel] geeklog wiki mediawiki upgrade

mediawiki has been updated to latest version in the 1.19 LTS branch.

I could not go further due to distro dependency issues (PCRE). Will let you
guys know when I get a new VPS with newer underlyling software. Will
probably be at least a few weeks.
