I don't know who sent them there, but I noticed a couple of GitHub notifications in the moderation queue for geeklog-cvs and whitelisted the address they were coming from (noreply at github.com)

The configuration of the mailing list hasn't changed and there's nothing in the moderation queue. Doesn't look like the problem is on this end.
