[geeklog-users] Is there any hope for my site?

you might try changing
$_CONF['site url']           = 'http:'localhost' ;
to
$_CONF['site url']            = 'http://216.49.74.183';
or if you want it to display your
$_CONF['site_url']          = 'http://www.feyiola.com';

I am not an expert but I think this will work.
