[geeklog-users] file copy upgrade from 1.3.8 rc2 to 1.3

I am running 1.3.8rc2 and want to upgrade to 1.3.8-1sr1.  Can I do that as
just a file overwrite -- cp from the 1.3.8-1sr1 tree to the corresponding
locations in my current gl install (excepting, of course, lib-custom.php and
a few other header files that I have modified).
