What operating system is this (on your webserver)? 'es_ES' should work
for most Unix-like operating systems (assuming the Spanish locale is even
available on the server).

BSD variants seem to prefer something like 'es_ES.iso-8859-1' and for
Windows, it's something else entirely (probably 'Spanish_Spain', but I
would have to look that up).
