Well, at least we're consistent:

dirk at terra:geeklog-1.3> grep -r occured . | wc -l
      27
dirk at terra:geeklog-1.3> grep -r occurred . | wc -l
       3

... and one of those correct spellings is in a third-party lib ;-)
