Coaching is about change and a Coach is a Change Agent.  Yet coaching is not
about the remedial change that therapists deal with, it deals with a
different kind of change--- Generative Change.  This refers to the
developmental change of psychologically healthy people--- how a person keeps
growing, developing, and changing to become increasingly more and more
oneself, one's best self, and one's highest potentials.

 

And that is the theme of the first book on Meta-Coaching, Coaching Change.

The book also introduces the Meta-Coaching System.
