Hi all,

Is anyone in the Geeklog developer group thinking of attending the third
OSCOM conference May 28-30?

OSCOM 3 will be in Cambridge at the Harvard Law School Berkman Center
for Internet and Society.

See http://www.oscom.org/Conferences/Cambridge. I am one of the
conference organizers

It's a great chance for you to meet other developers of Open-Source
Content Management Systems and hear experts on some big issues like
Open-Source licensing, XML/RDF/Semantic Web, etc.

Paper proposals are due March 15. The conference is being planned on the
web. Current proposals are at
http://www.oscom.org/Conferences/Cambridge/Proposals/ You can add your
comments to these proposals to help choose who gets to present.

You might subscribe to the OSCOM mailing lists
<http://www.oscom.org/Mailing%20lists/> to hear what is going on.
Especially the Participants
<http://lists.oscom.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/participants> list.

Even if you can't attend, you might participate virtually by preparing
some thoughts (what makes Geeklog special as a CMS, or where is CMS
development going in your opinion) for inclusion on the website.

Please mention the opportunity to any of your friends who work in CMS.
