[geeklog-devel] Integrated Web Installer and Online Config Feedback

So, I downloaded the CVS tarball. Put in a directory by itself and 
pointed my browser at it and... nothing. The "help" docs are still 
for the old install process. What is the new process? When I went to 
look at lib-common.php it said there's nothing to fix there. So I'm confused.
