[geeklog-devel] Core upgrade autoinstall new plugins

As I'm using the Multi plugin [1]. Some plugins are disabled and other
are not depending to the site needs.

So this would be a very bad solution in this particular case :)

A checkbox in the upgrade script would be a better option and leave an
"uninstalled" entry another one.
