Only if there is a config option to disable it or maybe a checkbox on the
plugin admin page would suffice.

I would rather see a list of plugins that will be installed when the Geeklog
install script is run. The admin can then uncheck any he does not want
installed.

So you've uninstalled a plugin, have the files still around, and when the
next Geeklog update is installed, it re-installs that plugin?
Hmm, I can see that this would be unexpected. I'm just wondering if an
option in the install script would be the best way to avoid this, though.
